Paul McCartney in Hamburg 1961 with the Club40 he got from John Lennon, after he had had bought his Rickenbacker 325. This picture is taken just before Stuart Sutcliffe left the Beatles and McCartney bought his now famous Hofner 500/1 bass. The are no pictures of him on stage with this Club40, but obviously it´s restrung lefty so he must have been using it for other purposes than just to pose with.
